In the gentle touch of skilled hands, discover the art of relaxation, the science of healing, and the beauty of self-care.

Massage Therapy

Touch is essential to our physical and emotional well-being. The latest research has shown (on a cellular level) that massage therapy helps the body heal. Additionally, massage therapy relaxes the nervous system by slowing heart rate and blood pressure. Stress and pain hormones are also decreased, reducing pain and enhancing immune function.

I studied Massage Therapy at Trident Technical College in Charleston, SC. I am licensed to practice in the state of Florida, board certified by the NCBTMB, and a long-standing member of ABMP massage association. My years of experience include many modalities such as swedish massage, deep tissue, prenatal, sports massage, neuromuscular massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, hot stones, aromatherapy, reflexology and lymphatic drainage. I am always continuing to take additional trainings and workshops to learn new massage techniques to better serve my clients.
