Hi, I’m Lauren. A Reiki Master, Massage Therapist, Yoga Teacher, and Animal Whisperer. As a sun and moon Taurus, a 9 Enneagram, and a Generator, my true gift lies in creating stillness and holding space for healing to happen with a grounded, compassionate, and lighthearted energy.
I’m trained in both traditional Usui Reiki Ryoho and Holy Fire Reiki, and have been a practicing Reiki Master and teacher for 5 years. With more than 15 years of experience combined in Reiki, bodywork and yoga, I’m passionate about helping others tap into their own inner wisdom to heal their physical and emotional issues on a deeper level.
